Cat pest control

Protecting your cat from fleas, ticks and worms

Itchy fleas, disease-carrying ticks, digestive worms… parasites threaten your cat's health, even indoors. Regular, suitable protection remains the best defence.

Spot-on, collar or tablet: which to choose?

The spot-on pipette is simple and covers 3 to 4 weeks; the collar protects for longer; the tablet acts fast and can't be licked off. The choice depends on your cat's lifestyle and tolerance.

Does an indoor cat need antiparasitics?

Yes: fleas and eggs come in on shoes, another pet or through a window. A treatment, even occasional, prevents an infestation that's hard to clear once it's settled in the home.

Our cat antiparasitics range

  • Spot-on pipettes: simple to apply, several weeks of protection.
  • Antiparasitic collars: long-lasting protection against fleas and ticks.
  • Tablets and dewormers: against internal and external parasites.
  • Sprays and shampoos: for extra treatment or the environment.
  • Combs and home flea control: to treat the house too.
The AnimalParadise expert tip: if there are fleas, treat the cat AND its environment (beds, rugs, textiles): most fleas live in the home, not on the animal. Without this, re-infestation is almost certain.
