According to the consumer law of March 17, 2014, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days following the day of delivery of your order. 

(mandatory to Attach the delivery note in the package).

The buyer must return the goods in their original condition and packaging.(new and unused). 

RETURN TIME: WITHIN 14 DAYS MAXI 

The product must then be returned to the seller within a maximum of 14 days after sending your retraction. 

Do not use the product's cardboard box as a shipping parcel, 

Any product or its cardboard presentation that has traces of label, tape will not be refunded.

Any merchandise that is unpacked or has been tried on, 

will be systematically non-refundable, especially for products in direct contact with the skin.

Goods are returned at the buyer's risk and expense. 

(you are therefore advised to declare the value of the goods and to take out insurance covering these risks). 

In the event of loss or damage to the parcel, no compensation will be paid to the customer by jARDIBOUTIQUE MV.

In all cases of retraction, postage costs have been "used up" in order to transport the parcel, and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
