Aquarium tubing, valves and taps
Tubing, valves and taps, the discreet plumbing of your aquarium
Connecting a pump, a filter or a diffuser calls for the right fittings. Flexible tubing, valves, taps and suction cups give you a tight, tidy set-up. At AnimalParadise, we offer all the small parts to connect and adjust your equipment with ease.
How do I adjust the air or water flow in my tubing?
A tap or valve fitted on the tube lets you meter the flow precisely. On a bubbler manifold, several taps split the air between the diffusers. For water, a valve makes maintenance easier without unplugging everything.
Which tube diameter should I choose?
The diameter must match the connectors on your pump and accessories: 4/6 mm for air, wider sections for water. A correctly sized tube avoids pressure loss and leaking joints.
Our range of tubing and fittings
- Flexible tubing for air and water : flexible and hard-wearing, cut to the length you need.
- Valves, taps and T-connectors : they set the flow and let you branch off to several outlets.
- Suction cups and fixing clips : they hold tubes and diffusers firmly in place in the tank.
The AnimalParadise expert tip: dip the end of a rigid tube in hot water for a few seconds before fitting it: it softens and the joint becomes perfectly watertight.
All our tubing and fittings ship quickly across Europe, together with AnimalParadise advice for a leak-free installation.
