Tourbactiv 1 L Filter Peat for Zolux Aquariums
Black peat to recreate tropical water conditions
Black peat granules rich in humic acid, for Amazonian aquariums.
Tourbactiv is a black peat granule. Rich in humic acid, plant hormones, and trace elements, it is an excellent product for Amazonian-style aquariums, for the breeding of certain fish, and for its antibacterial properties. Depending on the initial parameters, humic acid helps create amber-colored water that is more or less soft and acidic. Its slight coloration filters out certain parts of the light spectrum, just as in natural tropical waters, which helps prevent algae growth. It is for freshwater use only.
The team’s tip: Use for up to 6 weeks; do not use it at the same time as activated carbon.
