A litter that keeps mites away from the feet

Poultry can be bothered by mites that burrow into and multiply under the scales on their feet.
The scales lift, and lesions appear: this is foot scabies.

Gal O Pat by Francodex is mixed into the chicken coop litter.
Thanks to its cade oil content (1%), it imparts an odor to the litter that is unpleasant to mites and alters the environment to improve the animals’ comfort.

500 g shaker bottle, ready to use, with a 25 g measuring scoop: treats up to 20 m² of litter.

Description

How does Gal O Pat work?

The mites that cause leg scab live in the poultry’s environment.

ℹ️ Good to know

The strong smell of cade oil is normal—it fades quickly.
For long-lasting results, reapply with each litter change.

⭐ Tip from the team: Take advantage of a thorough cleaning of the coop to treat it: remove all old litter, clean the perches and nooks and crannies, then sprinkle the new litter and mix it in to distribute the powder evenly.
